Terms of Service – Courses

To engage participate in a course delivered by Clinical Supervision PLUS, you will need the following equipment:

  • Computer
  • Webcam
  • Access to the internet.
  • Email (to receive the ZOOM link).

Hours of Service

Clinical Supervision PLUS has flexible hours of service, including business hours and outside-of-business hours. All Courses are delivered online. You can complete the courses in your own time to suit your lifestyle. Live seminars and discussions are offered for each course. Participants are encouraged to attend but it is not compulsory to do so.

RatesClinical Supervision Courses

Course 1: Introduction to Clinical Supervision – $125 per person.

Course 2: Clinical Supervision for Clinical Supervisors – $275 per person.

Course 3: Competent Clinical Supervision – $550 per person.

Requirements of Participation

  • Some aspects of the Course are confidential. Ensure you find a private place to engage in the Course
  • To prevent distractions and disruptions, find a quiet environment to engage in the Course
  • Participants engage synchronously (real-time) and asynchronously (self-paced)
  • The timing of real-time participation will be negotiated with participants, with several options available.

Payment for Services

Fees for all services are pre-paid – i.e. you must make the payment prior to online attendance.

NOTE: Exceptions to this can be made when organisations are making the payment for services.

Financial transactions occur only once the booking has been made and confirmed in writing (email).

Payment Method

After the booking has been made and confirmed in writing (email), participants are emailed an invoice and provided with the payment options.

Clinical Supervision PLUS accepts VISA, Mastercard, or Bank Transfer.

Rescheduling, Cancellations, or Missed Bookings Policy

Clinical Supervision PLUS aims to provide high-quality and dependable services in Clinical Supervision. The following policy was developed to ensure our services are used effectively.

Cancellation

  • Cancellation of a booking (Clinical Supervision or Courses) must occur with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice.
  • Bookings cancelled within 24 hours notice will attract a service fee of AU$50, to be paid prior to confirmation of the new booking.
  • For Clinical Supervision sessions, more than three consecutive cancellations will result in the Clinical Supervision case being closed.

Reschedule

  • All bookings can be rescheduled within 4 hours’ notice. No service fee will be charged. However, rescheduling of a booking can only occur twice. On the third and subsequent rescheduling of a booking, a service fee of AU$50 will be charged.

‘No Show’

  • Participants who do not attend the Course in which they have enrolled, without explanation, will be charged the full rate.
  • Participants who are unable to complete a Course due to extenuating circumstances must approach Clinical Supervision PLUS to discuss options.

Declined Credit Card payments

  • If your pre-session credit card transaction is declined, you will be notified via email that there is a problem. You will then have a 3-day period to resolve the problem.
  • Should this transaction continue to be declined after 3 days, your scheduled booking (day and time) will be cancelled and you will be required to re-book.

When you make a booking for a Course, you agree to the above rates and Terms of Service.

Terms of Service – Clinical Supervision

To engage in Clinical Supervision with Clinical Supervisors from Clinical Supervision PLUS, you will need the following equipment:

Hours of Service – Clinical Supervision

For Clinical Supervision with a Clinical Supervisor, Clinical Supervision PLUS has flexible hours of service, including business hours and outside-of-business hours.

Rates

All Clinical Supervision appointments are one hour in length. Rates are as follows:

  • Individual Clinical Supervision – $130 per person
  • Triadic Clinical Supervision – $80 per person
  • Group Clinical Supervision – $65 per person.

  • Clinical Supervisory sessions are confidential. Ensure you find a private place to engage in Clinical Supervision online
  • To prevent distractions and disruptions, find a quiet environment to engage in Clinical Supervision online.
